Buyer reviewJamie was amazing throughout the process of buying another home. It had been over 20 years since our last buy and I needed someone who has a can do attitude. She had the confidence I wanted on my team as I moved forward. I had very important requirements that she understood and made sure the property met my needs. Very knowledgeable about the area I was interested in. Was helpful when checking over the property. She was reliable and answered all my questions even if I asked twice. I highly recommend her!

Seller reviewI bought the property through Jamie and when came time to sell, I didn't hesitate to contact Jamie. She promptly kept me up to date with info up to closing. She's a true winner and took care of me throughout the process. I now consider her a friend. There's a possibility that I may look for a home in the area later this year or early next year, when and if I do, Jamie is the one I'll call!!

Her attention to our wishes of selling them as vacation rentals and keeping our future rental dates to our loyal vacationers were met with upmost professionalism. Her attention to detail is superb. Her communication skills are top notch. I would highly recommend Jamie for any of your real estate needs and would definitely use her again in the future.

Buyer reviewYou will not be disappointed with having Jamie broker your deal. She handled everthing except me signing my name on documents that she explained very clearly before I signed. This is my second property using her service within the the past 30 days. You can just sign the documents and sleep easy, she handles the time consuming and headache parts for you. Several occasions I had questions about the properties that were really my responsibilty to find out and she just jumped on it for me. I didn't miss a beat with the other things I have going on because Jamie handled everthing like a rock star agent.
