Hello!! I am Janet Haight, a REALTOR® and Associate Broker for Century 21 Breeden Realtors, located in Columbus, Indiana.
I LOVE my family, I LOVE my job, and I LOVE life. When I'm not out selling property, you can find me running or biking on the People Trail, spending time with my family baking cookies on a Sunday afternoon, or out actively participating in community events and in my church.
My great passion is connecting with people and building relationships. Working in real estate provides me the opportunity to make meaningful connections, develop wonderful friendships, and the opportunity to help others in a fulfilling way.

Buyer reviewJanet is an amazing realitor and helped me with everything every step of the way. I was a first time home buyer, so I had many questions. Janet took the time and answered all of them. I also work third shift and Janet made herself available as much as possible. I worked with her for at least a year to find the house I really wanted. She worked with the seller's realtor to have us see a gem of a home before it went to market and then helped us submit an offer at lightning speed. She was available to answer all of our questions from the moment our offer was accepted until we signed closing documents. She even checked in after we were moved in! Janet genuinely cares about her clients and we knew she had our best interest at heart throughout the entire home buying process. We can't thank her enough for getting us into our dream home. In addition to supporting her clients, Janet also supports the Columbus community in various ways. When I reached out to see if she would be interested in sponsoring a luncheon for teachers at Parkside Elementary she immediately said yes and was very generous in her support. The luncheon meant so much to the staff and teachers and they commented several times that they felt very fortunate to live a community that provides throughtful demonstrations of gratitude for the work they do.

Seller reviewWe have worked with Janet several times previously, and each time she has been very thorough with providing comps, giving staging/listing advice, providing amazing photographers, and overall walking us through the process of selling or buying. She is very detailed and professional. She always made sure that my husband and I were informed of any progress or issues. She is never pushy, just gives the facts and lets us decide.
