Janis is a native South Carolinian and a graduate of the University of South Carolina who has lived and worked on Hilton Head Island for over 30 years. She has a love for people, Real Estate, construction, design, land development, property management, family, her 2 adorable dogs, and of course, God. Business owner and new construction sales consultant are just a few of the many hats she has proudly worn. Working with buyers and sellers comes naturally! Janis has worked locally for the top residential builders and has extensive experience navigating clients through the process of obtaining a mortgage, choosing a homesite, designing their beautiful new home, construction and closing. Sellers benefit from her experience pricing and staging their homes for a successful move as well. Janis and her husband Stew moved to Hilton Head Island as a result of their love of flying and boating.
