Seller reviewWhen I contacted Jeanette she was on vacation in NYS and despite that she had a contract to me the next morning. I had contacted another agent who was recommended by a friend and in a week and a half they had not even sent me a contract or called to follow up. After signing on Monday Jeanette asked if I was ready to show and would I consider showing the house the following day. I had an offer above my asking price before the end of the day, which still amazes me. Jeanette made everything painless and smooth. I have already recommended her to others that are either already selling or planning to soon.

Buyer reviewJeanette was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She was flexible as we discovered if we wanted land to build or a home. The land we settled on came on the market one morning and Jeanette emailed the details to me right away. We sent our daughter/daughter in law over to view it personally since we live about 8 hours away. We felt confident about making an offer on the property with the safeguards that Jeanette suggested we put in place until we could travel to Florida and do our due diligence. Great experience all around. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for real estate in the Lake County area. Bonus was having coffee with Jeanette while we were in the area.
