was not looking for a broker loan at all but after speaking with Jeff I considered it and went with it, was a great decision Jeff could not of been more polite and Knowledgeable with any questions I came up with and then some I didn't he knew it all. I could not say more about Jeff except anyone who works with him in finding their home would be making a great choice in hiring him to find their home.

One word I would use to describe Jeff is professional. He specifically makes it his job to stay on top of each aspect of the transaction. His negotiation skills are one of the main reasons I hired Jeff to both sell my home and purchase a new home. Jeff has actually perfected the art of Negotiation. He managed to get $20,000 over our asking price on the sale of our home and a $10,000 reduction in the purchase price on our new home. He always, to a fault, made sure we were protected, contractually, on all aspects of our transactions. He is friendly, easy to work with and the best Realtor I have ever worked with.
