Jeromiah was consistently responsive, helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions, without being pushy. I appreciate that in a sales representative. He would gather information and present me with options that met my families and my wants/needs. Couldn't have asked for a better agent!
He is such a calm presence in what can, at times, be a stressful process. Moving from overseas and dealing with a time crunch I was often anxious and stressed. Talking to Jeromiah was like a breath of fresh air. He was always calm and supportive. Nothing upset him, but he was understanding of what disappointed me and worked to find resolutions.
