When I was ready to buy a home the first time, she was there for me. However, my plans fell through due to the pandemic and I moved out of state for a while. Despite that, Joan kept me updated about the market all the time. I moved back to MD recently, and Joan made homeownership finally happen for me. Joan took great care of me, she's always available, listened to what I wanted and needed, and did not stop until she found the right place. She also looked around for the best financing options and programs. As a first-time homebuyer I had mixed emotions, and very little knowledge, but she looked out for me, educated me about the process, and put me at ease. I don't know how to thank her enough.
