Jodie Rapp, a real estate professional with a conscience and a firm belief that the Realtor Code of Ethics is to be held up to its highest level. In that way, whether you are buying your first home, your tenth home, an investment property, or selling your home, be assured that I am working FOR YOU and you alone. My clients become my friends forever; I believe in building relationships for life so that everyone I help with a real estate matter can thank someone else for referring me to them. Additionally, I believe in giving back in terms of referrals however I can. As your Realtor, I make sure that any questions or concerns you have are addressed right away and that you are informed of the real estate process every step of the way, from beginning to end. Sometimes money is the bottom line, but often times there are other very important factors that need to be considered to be able to truly "get the best deal". We will work together to get the best deal for you!

On a personal note, I have a BA degree in Communications and worked in the film industry for years in New York and California. After a move back East, I was an advertising executive for one of the largest ad agencies in New York and finished my advertising career as VP, Director of International Operations for a large pharmaceutical market research firm. Selling Real Estate allows me to maximize all I learned in advertising, whether it is writing a marketing presentation to sell your home or negotiating the best deal for you, regardless of whether you are the Buyer or Seller.

I am a mom to two great girls adopted from China. In addition, I am a professional Scuba Diver, holding a Dive Master designation. I love to travel, read, watch movies and spend time with family and friends and, yes, sell real estate. I am involved with the PTO, Half The Sky Foundation for Chinese Orphans, Families With Children From China, PADI (Professional Association of Dive Instructors) and Bouvier des Flandres Dog Rescue.
