Buyer reviewThis is the second property that John hashelped me purchase. In this case I wasn't physically there so he walked thru and face-timed me. John's recommendation was critical and his assistance with the offer and subsequent activities relative to the closing was invaluable. I would not hesitate to recommend John. It is difficult for an out of towner so you need someone with John's connections and knowledge of the community when selecting a mortgage company and attorney.

Buyer reviewJohn's knowledge of the community and insight into my needs were always apparent. His recommendation of a mortgage provider was on point. He helped get through two separate deals when the first one fell through and I ended up with a far superior unit. I can't think of a thing missing in the service John provided. John was a terrific broker. I doubt that I would have ended up with a successful purchase without his assistance. He is smart, strategic, and always had my best interest as his priority.
