Jonathan is the reason I did not give up on getting this house. He continuously encouraged me and kept my feet on solid ground. Whenever I felt overwhelmed or like everything would fall through, he always had an encouraging word and concrete actions for me to get back on track. He was so accommodating and freely giving of his personal time.
Jonathan was always approachable even when I felt like I was asking a question I should already know to have been so far in the home buying process. He always explained things to me in terms I could understand and always communicated in a timely manner. He was extremely trustworthy, professional, yet friendly where I felt comfortable enough to ask those unknown questions and seek advice. He honestly was like a big brother and guiding light throughout this process. I never felt this was simply a business transaction for him. The overall experience of buying your first home is stressful, overwhelming, and difficult. However, it wasn't as stressful, overwhelming, and difficult as it could have been because of Jonathan. I would recommend him to any one I know in the market looking to buy in the DMV.

Jonathan made my home buying experience wonderful. I was an out of state purchaser. Jonathan did video tours with me so I could narrow down my options. He made sure to screen possible listings for my personal preferences in advance of sending them to me. He was always available- text, email, after hours. He even coordinated with the sellers after I made the purchase and we had to address a failed home repair. He's also friendly, personable, easy to talk to, and easy to work with.
I will never buy another house without Jonathan.
