Buyer reviewJoe really listened to our needs and what both my husband and myself were looking for. He went above and beyond to show us the surrounding towns and beaches which was so important to us. Joe knew that we were concerned to make sure our mortgage and payment would be within our correct range and shared a tool to estimate closing costs and what our monthly costs would be. That gave me great ease in both the home selection would be on budget but also was a huge help in the negotiations as we knew what our full budget cap was Joe was always available for questions and supported us completely and was so patient with us in the search process
