Joseph exceeded my expectations throughout the entire buying process and was incredible through every stage of the negotiations. He was an ally, friend, and advisor and helped me navigate a difficult time buying the house! I had another agent who couldn't get the deal done and Joseph came in negotiated several thousands of dollars down and was able to get sellers to agree.
