Karen was excellent from the start of our journey in finding our first home as newly weds to the end when we finally found the one. There was hiccups along the way with finding out more info about how to proceed with purchasing a newly built home and what we needed to do in selecting granite, sinks, getting details from the builders, etc. We both felt Karen went above and beyond and felt she really cared in making sure she knew what we liked, envisioned and the way we wanted things to be accomplished with the builders and finalizing details. We learned a lot throughout the process and she would go find answers for questions we had along the way that we both felt she was no ordinary agent in the field. Karen was always accessible, prompt on responses and followed through with the many questions/requests we had for the builders. I can only imagine how hard it is to be the middle man in such a long process. She really made this whole process feel less stressful, provided support and most importantly personable. Even though we had closed on our house last week, she is still giving us pointers and following through with the punch list we had for the house for finishing before we move in in January. Karen provided remarkable service to us and carried all of the above characteristics while helping us find the one. She was very patient with us and got to know us and understood what we liked. I think she was exceptional and we both got to learn a lot as we were borrowing from the VA and we ended up buying a new house. Karen was honest, trustworthy and always prompt in getting back to us. We can't thank her enough for all she has done for us.
