Kelly Eddy, Broker/Owner, is a lifelong resident of Columbia. She received her real estate license in 1998, and obtained her broker's license in 2003. After working as a realtor and property management professional for several years, Kelly caught the entrepreneurial bug and convinced her mother, Debbie Thomas, to join her in opening Century 21 Home Team.As broker of Century 21 Home Team, Kelly oversees the day-to-day details at the office and monitors each transaction to ensure a smooth closing. Kelly strives each day to better serve the clients of Century 21 Home Team by keeping up with the ever-changing regulatory landscape and new technology. Her personal goal is for each and every client of Century 21 Home Team to walk away with a smile on their face and a great feeling about their real estate transaction.In her spare time, Kelly serves as a regional board member of Easter Seals, and serves as chairman of the Boone County 4H/FFA Horseshow Committee for the University of Missouri Extension. She is married to husband, Joe, and they have one son.
