Kendal Farmer was very responsive to my inquiry's and kept me up to date on the process of the listing, sale and through management of the leaseback of the property by the buyers. I would recommend Kendal to my friends and colleagues.

Kendal was very easy to work with and respectful to our goals with regard to selling the property. She made recommendations to improve the chances of selling our home without being to pushy. My husband and I have had bad experiences with realtors that have done this. Irrespective of our financial goals, the only marketing strategy that a realtor can come up with is lower the price, your house won't sell if you don't. of course, if you reduce your asking price low enough, anything will sell! However our experience with Kendal was different. She recommended lowering the sale price but in smaller increments spread out over longer periods. My understanding is that she also published our home for sale on several publications. I would use Kendal for any future real estate needs.

The most professional yet friendly and patient realtor we have ever met. Please understand that my husband basically can't stand realtors; however, Kendal is an exception to the rules. We both hold Kendal with the highest regards and respect. We even referred her to our daughter and will refer her to anyone else that needs one in the area she works.

Kendall Farmer was very knowledgeable of the area. She continued to look for different ways t market the property that were non traditional to enhance the market. Kendal was very responsive to all our questions. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her for anyone selling their home. In fact we did. .
