Buyer reviewKim went above and beyond my expectations. After the first house fell through because she took the time, and her own money, to confirm a new detrimental disclosure, she insured that my offer on another home would be accepted. And it was despite multiple offers. She even worked with me on Easter Sunday! Kim spent the time to review each document with me. She is currently supervising the remodeling of my new home, at no charge and is keeping me updated while I am on vacation. She is a gem and I was very lucky to have worked with her and Emmet. They are a wonderful, caring and professional team I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for everything, Kim!
