We interviewed 3 different brokers from 3 different real estate companies. We really wanted a good feel for the market and what each one would do for us. It was a choice between between 2 agents. We chose Kim because she has a very clear understanding of what I wanted. We have moved many times and I need to be kept in the loop. Communication being number one for me. She knows my personality and how demanding I am and she was willing to keep me totally in the loop with almost daily updates. She was amazing and my husband and I appreciate her hard work. Awesome. The sale took longer than we expected and I think we were all a little anxious for everything to finally come to a close. Kim kept me informed and that helped. We believe that this was out our control. We did what we could to move things along, but the market for our home had changed over the months we had it on the market. Kim kept us updated on the market changes and we just kept going. In the end it all worked out and we were able to sell and get close to what we really wanted for the house and Kim worked very hard to make sure that everything was moving along. Had a few hitches with the buyers loan company, but in the end Kim helped us figure out what to do to help move forward. She was on top of things and she kept me updated daily, because that's what I expected and needed. She was much appreciated. I think the length of time that we had the house on the market brought down my rating. That was really out of Kim's control. It does impact how we felt overall about the sale. We are very happy to be closed. Too many new homes in Manteca and Lathrop and surrounding areas that really made selling our immaculate 6.5 year old home super difficult. I am very meticulous and the house was always ready for a showing. We just got very few. All these things made the experience good rather than excellent.
