Hello! Thank you for visiting my site to learn a little more about me.

First, please call me Kim (if I hear Kimberly, I think I am in trouble). Last year I made a big life decision to follow my passion - Real Estate. Combining my 15+ years in banking, over 10 years in the commercial construction industry, and 30 years in customer service, I could not wait to bring that knowledge to help others fulfill their dream of homeownership. However even with my professional background, the real key to being a good agent is truly listening to your clients and being 100% transparent. Sellers and buyers need to know they are working with someone they can trust who will be honest even when it is not easy.

I've been in North Carolina since 2009; prior to that I called Jacksonville Beach, FL home. When not helping clients, I am a single mother of two teenage boys who are now both in high school and active in sports. When they are not keeping me busy, I enjoy photography, dance, and doing "projects" around my own home.
