Kimme is very honest and trustworthy. My wife and I really enjoyed our first experience with him when he was showing a property we were interested in. He did not talked around our questions and was able to confirm what we already knew. His knowledge of the local area was impeccable. Kimme was able to put us in touch with people and resources which eased our minds in the purchase of the property. This purchase was not a need for us, but Kimme was able to put everything in place to make it all happen. We are so grateful to know we have a place to make memories with friends and family for years to come. I know we were not the only clients Kimme had at this time, but his diligent drive to make this purchase happen gave us the feel we were his only clients. Things were getting tight at the end and Kimme steered us in the right direction. He knew what we needed to be done and we could not have made this deal without him. Kimme is a great communicator. He gets us and we had a blast working with him. From start to finish, we really enjoyed our time with Kimme. The support staff was spot on. When we would be told paperwork would be prepared and be ready to sign shortly, it was every single time. I never once had to reach out and ask where the paperwork was. More times than not everyone would be waiting on me...lol I've been through multiple purchases of homes and this was by far the best experience.
