She always went above and beyond for anything we threw at her, a forclosure, hour drive to look at a house, early mornings, random questions at random times, and most importantly, anxious house touring where we wanted to go asap! Kirstyn was so patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. If she didn't know the answer, she wasn't afraid to say 'let me get that answer for you'. I highly respect that because not everyone will always have the right answers and instead of guessing, she would always make sure everything was 110%, it's another level of confidence that we admired through the wholeee process! She is also the kind of person to dot all her I's and cross all her T's. The time and attention to detail is rare to find! 100/10 recommend Kirstyn for any house transactions. You won't regret it.

Buyer reviewKirstyn is an excellent realtor who cares about her clients and gives good advice--especially to first-time home buyers. I was new to the area and the home buying process, but Kirstyn helped me with every step. She responded to my questions quickly and thoroughly. I needed to move into a house as soon as possible, and Kirstyn was more than ready for that challenge. I contacted her in the evening and by the very next morning she was showing me houses. She is very professional, gives excellent advice, is thorough, and cares about me and my journey through the home buying process.

Buyer reviewKirstyn was amazing! My wife and our 5 yr old daughter had been looking for a home to purchase since March with another realtor. We would go look at six houses on the weekend and I'd look at about the same number of houses after work and then make the hour and a half drive to where we were living. We'd ask that realtor to make an offer on a house and wouldn't even get an "ok" for 24 hrs sometimes. Kirstyn was contacted by my mother-in-law and then Kirstyn called my wife and my wife put me in contact with her. Kirstyn's demeanor, cheerfulness, promptness, and all-around knowledge were able to get us into one of the first houses we loved. The market has been crazy and Kirstyn knew exactly what we needed to do to land our new home. My wife is so happy and our daughter doesn't know what to do with all the room she has now. Kirstyn was amazing and will be our first contact when we go to sell and our agent again if we buy another home in NM.
