    I would highly Recommend Kristen Koby to people trying to sell their home. She guide you through the process from start to finish and make sure that you understand everything that you are signing in going into. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She made a tough situation a good experience and I would use her again if the need arises.

    Was so impressed with the video and slide show presentation of our condo that Kristen Koby and her assistant, Koi, created. The professional follow-up with the Realtor who saw it on MLS enhanced the visual presentation. Because of that it was sold long distance! Was particularly impressed in that Kristen Koby never oversold expectations. She kept us continuously informed on the progress of negotiations, but never led us to believe it was a "done deal" until it was. We knew exactly where we stood on the possible sale throughout the process. She didn't falsely build our hopes only to be disappointed. We really appreciated that. We were thrilled. Kristen Koby's pricing of our condominium was right on. It was high enough that it pushed the envelope but realistic enough that we got a full price offer - immediately! I have been told that the art of determining a realistic sales price that benefits both seller and buyer is one of the most important qualities of a good agent. It was important to us to sell as quickly as possible but to not lose money. Kristen fulfilled our goal! Kristen's assistant, Koi, was so earnest and valuable in maintaining communications with us and making sure everything continued to move forward to closing.

We also appreciated her availability and flexibility during this real estate transaction. Kristen was professional and provided quality service.

    Kristen knew the neighborhood so well that in a long weekend we were able to find the condo of our dreams. However,due to ownership issues (over 10 units owned by a single entity) it appeared we would not be able to buy it. Kristen and Koi never gave up even when we thought there was no hope. They negotiated a much better price than we expected to pay for the unit and found a lender who was willing to finance our purchase. Even after we closed they continued to help us find painters, electricians, etc. This was incredibly helpful as we had to return to our home in Colorado after the closing.

    Special K (Kristen) went to work getting to know us. She tempered our expectations when we got out-of-hand and pushed us forward when we needed it most. The best example of that was when we countered the lead offer and 'scored' (with an accepted offer). That was not a small (dollar) matter and we were smiling alot. It goes back to Special K & Koi and the K Corps, our support team. They made sure the Unit's last minute defects were remedied while we remained out-of-town (that was huge for us...) and at the table K Corps' Attorney Mark Sansonetti, who is a champ right there with Kristen & Koi, made sure we did not need to attend the Closing of the Sale. We were covered. Everyone got paid. We gladly pay every time for the the level of professional service Kristen's team provides. We are very certain that the reason our Unit appraised had everything to do with the local knowledge and the thorough property market analysis package. But the most important reason the property appraised was the presentation of that analysis. That has to do with a PRO (Special K) talking to a pro (my CAPS). If you don't sell it, it doesn't happen. Kristen made it happen.
