We started working with Kylie a little over a year ago maybe even more towards a year and a half. We looked for a while and almost got two different houses, one fell through and one we decided to turn down on our wedding day. After that I began working towards finishing my education, which put our house hunting process on hold. Even though for a period of time we weren't actively looking for a house Kylie still checked in, asked how we were doing, and didn't drop us as a client. Once we were able to house hunt again we knew we wanted to stay with Kylie. She had already gained our trust and we knew she was doing more than just trying to make a sale. She really cared. Kylie went above and beyond with the sale of our first home. We weren't able to see the house in person because we were out of town. Instead of letting us miss out on a great opportunity she went to the house during our tour time and FaceTimed us so we could see the house. If she wouldn't have been so dedicated we would have missed out on what is now our first home. We would recommend Kylie Timler to anyone. She is absolutely wonderful. Any house we wanted to see she made it work with our work schedules so we were able to see the houses. She was always able to answer every one of my questions, which were many. She never made us feel pressured or like we had to make a decision ASAP. Over the time we spent looking for the house she took the time to learn myself and my husband so she knew how to better guide us in our home search. She made the process easy. We knew what to expect and she helped walk us through any questions we had during the official buying process. We could not have asked for a better realtor to work with when finding our first home!

Kylie Timler was an exceptional realtor with LOTS of knowledge about the homes and the neighborhoods surrounding them. As this was my first home, I did not know what to expect and Kylie was so understanding and patient- along with helpful during this process.
