I met Lea Cheskevich while walking my dog. She has a great personality and I found out that she was a realtor. I was getting ready to sell my house. We talked in about it and she told me what was going on in the area. She was very knowledgeable in anything I asked about selling my house. I asked her if she would sell my house and she agreed. It still took a couple of weeks for me to be prepared to get it ready for showing. She was patient and helpful when ever I asked anything. She recommended an oil tank removal company and a lawyer to use. She would keep me informed of the process and what would be happening next. This help remove any surprises before they happened. The house went on the market and we had an offer within 4 weeks. she was helpful in negotiating the deal and helping me understand the process. This was our family home which we owned for over 60 years. She was very respectful to that part of the sale for us. We were very happy with the sale price we got and buyer too. I really don't know what else to say, Lea is straight forward tells you like it is and does everything in her power to make sure you are not wasting your time. She is professional and knowledgeable this is the third property have have purchased with her and if I ever do this again, I would call her and no one else.

Lea was extremely attentive to my needs. I live in Michigan and had to have an estate sale, clean out and have contractors fix some CO issues and through all of this Lea helped me coordinate all of these events including having the Veterans pick up furniture.
