The decision was easy for me to make because when I worked with Liane in purchasing a home in the past, she was the best. Liane did an outstanding job under very stressful circumstances. The owner was moved to a senior living facility after having a serious fall requiring surgery. The house had to be sold as quickly as possible with limited support from the seller. Liane was professional, effective, and efficient in all aspects of selling in two weeks!
