Anything outside! I'm a country boy who grew up on a cattle ranch outside Columbia. My wife is my best friend and business partner owning the real estate company together. Our hobby is to work, pour into agents and help lift them up so they can do the same for their family. We enjoy hot tubing underneath the stars to relax. My kids are now growing up how I did and anytime I can get them into a tractor or into a hands on physical activity, I take it. I'm a sucker for US National Parks and a good road trip. I never say no to food!

After earning my degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering, I spent a decade honing my skills in industry solving problems and being creative and logical in my approach before transitioning into a full-time real estate career. My background makes me different from other agents. For me, it's about leveraging creativity to engage specialists and experts during inspections, getting second opinions and gathering comprehensive data to empower clients in making informed decisions. I prioritize quantifiable metrics and numerical analysis over gut feels so clients can be confident in the choices they make. An agent should represent and protect their clients AND be a proactive advocate to work with other agents during transactions so opportunities are maximized to the best of their ability.

Buyer reviewLucas did an amazing job helping us with our purchase. With only a 1-2 week notice he helped schedule 11 property tours as we were flying in from AZ. He spent two full days away from his family and new baby to help make sure we found exactly what we were looking for and he did not disappoint! Even when the sellers of our property were being stubborn and causing issues, he help hold the deal together all the way to closing! I have family who wants to move here in the next few years and he has already earned their future business.
