Buyer reviewIt's surreal how quick and easy everything went. Saw a house on Zillow. Got a call from Maranda to show the place the following day. I had a pre approval with a bank the following day because I had just for the heck of it decided to start looking. Saw a house I really wanted so she called a contact of hers and got me a pre approval that day. By the end of the night we had our offer in and the next day the offer was expected. 3 weeks later and we just closed and got all moved in. She was very fast to get things moving which in today's housing market is critical. She stays in contact thru the whole process and even after she texted just to say hope everything is going well and happy holidays. She's wonderful and very helpful
