My family and I relocated to the Ozark mountains from Georgia. We decided on the central Arkansas area because of its large selection of lakes and rivers and outdoor activities. The central Arkansas area provides us plenty of opportunities to enjoy these activities.

Marcy is super friendly and she went above the call of duty to measure a part of the property that I requested. My plan of parking my camper wound up perfect because of her measurements. Marcy walked us thru the property on FaceTime and she described everything perfectly. She even went under the house to show us the water heater. Marcy was able to contact the builder to have him raise the water heater from off the ground. John Gibbs and Rita McGill will be long time customers of Marcy Taylor. Always available by phone or text, Marcy was very patient with our indecisiveness (do we want land, or a home, or both?), easily adjusting and responding to our needs. We were relocating from another state, and had lots of questions about the area. She did her research and answered all our questions thoroughly throughout the process. In the end, we found exactly what we were looking for, and we're happy with our overall experience. Marcy has a great personality, a fantastic sense of humor and was very easy to work with. Marcy sent us a link to receive properties similar to our search criteria and stayed in close contact with us throughout the process.
