Megan was born in Colorado Springs, but was raised in the Tri- Cities area of Washington State & where she graduated from high school and attended Columbia Basin College. Upon moving back to Colorado Springs with her family, Megan met her husband. Megan and her husband, along with their 2 children, moved to Cheyenne when her husbands employer transferred him.

I also appreciated the fact that she returned my calls quickly and seemed to understand my unique situation involving the sale on private property. Megan went above and beyond in adjusting to the constraints of the sale as it did not just deal with typical property real estate transactions. Buyer reviewWe met Megan through a mutual friend. And visited with her. She was quick to respond and listen to what we had to say. Megan was very helpful and guided me to what I needed when documents were needed. She was not afraid to go the extra mile to help us out. Meet inspectors or be there when we were struggling. She was on top of her game and worked with us. I thought everything went well. The only thing I struggled with was the lack of communication from the other 2 realtors. They would give us short notice and ask for last minute things. Megan did well with letting us know what was happening at the time she knew. We never had to worry with Megan.
