Strong comunication with both Parties, get back to you within the 24 hour window if I had any questions, Before choosing 21 Century I was working with another agency where My hope and dream of buying a home was getting low not thinking in buying a home, I wasnt oriented well and was shown houses that I wasnt much interested but shown by my pre approval amt. Agent didnt respond to my question when ask or when I call to see a home. Agent didnt walk me thru the issues of a home but only show me the home... One day My sis told me about a ad she saw in Northborough and had 21 century with Hurley picture. And gave me her contact info right away I call and she then their became My agent, the way she communicate and ask me what homes I was looking for what I expected where the home wanted to be in location.

We think Melissa went above and beyond for the open house. She was there early, gave us tips on how to best show our property, added her own flair to the house with a couple decorations and a whiteboard stating what we the sellers liked most about our home. When it came to accepting the offer Melissa walked us through each offer explaining the pros and cons of each. She did everything she could to help us pick the offer that would work best for us. She also greatly assisted us with post inspection requests from the buyers and was able to broker an agreement that worked for both sides. In the end we were extremely pleased with the job Melissa did. Our house sold for over asking price after a single weekend of open houses/showings.

Melissa Hurley is a friendly and hard working realtor with an excellent knowledge of the area. Having not initially sold our home for a few months, we searched for a realtor that lived in the area. We wanted someone who could explain the benefits of living in the town vs. having a home with an idealistic open floor plan. Once we began working with Melissa we discovered that she also had the ability to stage a home. She knows what the home needs to have done in order to sell quickly. She is also willing to assist with staging vs. being hands off and leaving it entirely up to the seller. We were thrilled to have our home sold in only a few days. Her suggestions for staging and making minor cosmetic changes made the difference. It allowed buyers to see the home in a different way.
