Thanks, Mike. We are in love with our new home.

You were very observant during the inspection and walk through and noticed all issues and pointed them out.

You did a fantastic job negotiating with the sellers to do all the repairs that we requested.

You were always very quick to respond to my inquiries and emails.

You understood the local area and that it was necessary to go with a Vermont bank etc.

You may want to let future buyers know that it is much harder to have a bank finance a log home and it is even more difficult to find someone to insure one, I know that is not the ideal thing to tell a buyer but it would have been good to know some of the challenges that apparently arise with log homes, since I didn't know. Also, definitely continue to encourage people to go with Vermont banks and insurers as they are far more understanding of the process which you made sure to let me know.

Mike really tried to find a path to move my property. The price bracket narrowed the prospects because of the bank requirements.

Good job Mike

This was a long process that involved buyers backing out. Mike stayed steady until he made a closing happen. WHEW!

As I stated, we had some bad luck with buyers but Mike persisted and finally made it happen. The sale of my home was NOT Mikes first Rodeo. He stay's calm and rolls with event changes. Jack Associates is fortunate to have Mike Messier on their side Not The Other Guys.

Mike has a great sense of humor and fun to work with. It took 9 months to sell the house and we showed it about 20 times. It was stressful but he kept the communication lines open all the time. Very pleased with his results and good humor about all the details we had to work on to make house ready. Thanks alot Mike!!
