Buyer reviewShe saved us money by advising us on the amount I we were going to offer for the purchase of our home. I told her to offer more money and she suggested that I already had a very strong offer, so she suggested that I waited and see on the counteroffer. She was right and they accepted my offer. But aside from saving me money and time, she is the sweetest and most professional realtor we've ever met. I will for sure refer Michele and use her on my next purchase God willing. Buyer reviewMichelle Garcia makes the home buying experience a very personal and inviting one. It took her 2 home inspections to understand exactly what we were looking for, and after that, she was firing off addresses and taking us on house tours. 3 to 4 house inspections in a day at times, which showed her dedication. Another high point, is she was never pushy or eager even at times when we were excited and anxious she spoke reason into us and and advised us as a professional and a as a friend who cares about our personal well being. We had a game plan and she helped us stick to it. She did not push to max out our budget, but advised us to stay conservative and for that reason alone, I highly recommend Michelle Garcia and her trusted team to help you on your journey of becoming a home owner.
