Monica was very good at securing all of the inspections and bids for work needed that I had requested. She always went above and beyond to make herself available to get all these requests done in a short turn around time frame. She also found very good contractors to provide these bids/work. I was referred to Monica by my sister after she assisted her in purchasing a house earlier this year. During that process I saw how attentive Monica was toward my sister and how helpful she was throughout the buying process.

When it came time to buying my own home, I knew that Monica was the one who I wanted by my side. Once we put in the offer, the sellers agent was incredibly frustrating to deal with. He was non communicative and unclear when we did hear from him. Monica dealt with this like a true professional and went out of her way to get and information we needed.

I would highly recommend Monica to anyone buying or selling a home.
