Nancy was very patient, understanding, and optimistic when searching for my perfect forever home in the price range I wanted to spend. She didn't talk me into a home that was not suited for me or had costly flaws. She wasn't try to get a quick sale, rather she wanted her client to be happy. When I started to give up and wanted to cave by lowering my standards, Nancy reassured me that my ideal home would come and sure enough it did. Onward and upward! So we kept going and found a lovely home. There are a few issues with the home, but no home is perfect. Nancy was able to get me as much credit as she could. That gave me a great buydown of my interest rate and a whole new HVAC system paid for by the seller. Yay! As a first time home buyer, I didn't know the details of the process, the ins and outs, or how things worked. Nancy was patient, explain things in an easy to understand way and didn't overwhelm me with real estate lingo. I would definitely recommend Nancy to family and friends.

Nancy is just absolutely amazing, she had our best interest at heart rather than focusing on her commission. She would rather us not buy than get stuck in a horrible position with a house that we didn't love. We built a personal relationship and she made us feel like family. If we found something we were interested in, she would drop everything in that moment to prioritize us. If we didn't understand any paperwork, she would spend hours on the phone, watching us through it, and explaining everything, step-by-step, and what everything means, this was our first home, and this is the kind of support. We needed. We had an agent before her that was assigned to us by Zillow, and we immediately saw the difference in her expertise and knowledge of basic things within the household like the types of doors, the types of locks the types of window sills, what to look lookout for ground being raise possible testing space stations, weird stains on the roof and things like that that could get pricey before we even had inspections, and the way that she cared for us. It wasn't a hard decision to make on who to work with. She's a hard worker and dedicated to making her clients happy no matter the outcome. She showed our puppy so much love where our previous living situation they didn't like puppies and that was something he needed from the people surrounding him because he became depressed and lost 25% of his body and it made our hearts so happy he was always so excited to see her every time we would go to your house. Not to mention I hear people look for houses for years before they find the right one. We have been working with Nancy for less than two months, she knew our urgency we had because of how uncomfortable our previous living situation was and we found our absolute dream home and we closed on time it seemed like a miracle.

Through her extensive experience, knowledge, and dedicaed efforts, we were able to find a new home within our local area, and sell our former home. Throughout these two transactions, Ms. Price-Branson was instrumental in keeping us informed during each stage of the home purchase and subsequent home sell. While the new home purchase was rather easy, the selling of our former home was much more time consuming. Nonetheless, Ms. Price-Branson was extremely dedicated to our goal. She devoted several weekends and sponsored Open House viewings of our home. While market conditions were not the same as in past years, Ms. Price-Branson stayed focus on our goals, and after consultation with us, made appropriate changes to assist in selling our home. We cannot Thank Ms. Price-Branson enough... not only was she instrumental in assisting us achieve our goal... she's family!
