My wife and I were very impressed with Nick & Fran at the initial interview. They seemed eager and enthusiastic with getting the job done right. The plan for social media and Internet coverage were very important in putting the property on the market. Nick was the point man and Fran the back up, behind the scenes partner. They both were very attentive to our needs. They were never more than a text or phone call away. I never felt that I was interrupting their personal space when calling to ask for help or just for answering the most mundane question. We had issues that needed to be addressed and both were right there through the whole process. The house was priced right for the market in our area. The house sold within 90 days after being listed. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I give them 10 stars on what they helped us accomplish in a very short time. Frannie was absolutely fabulous

Jennifer Toal was an excellent real estate agent! Her attention to detail and persistnt nature helped to make our purchase go very smoothly, and we were able to negotiate all of the things we were looking for in a new home. As first-time home buyers, we didn't really know where to start with looking for a home. Jennifer Toal helped us narrow our search, and quickly learned what we were interested in. At times she bent over backwards to fit in several showings in one day due to my work schedule. I'm an ER nurse who works nights, so I don't always have the most forgiving schedule; but Jennifer always made things work and was very accommodating. She was even thoughtful enough to communicate via email instead of call/text so that she wouldn't wake me during the day. We could not be happier with the service we had with Jennifer Toal and Century 21 Rauh & Johns, and would not hesitate to recommend! We love our new home!

Our house was not an easy sell by any means. There were some bumps along the way that were not Nick's fault but potential buyers and we were able to work through them and move on. Thankfully our home sold and we are looking forward to moving into our new home once it is built.
