Nick was fantastic. This was my wife and I first home purchase and it could not have gone better. Nick was patient and willing to travel where ever see a home. He was so easy to speak with and a great person to work with. I would recommend Nick to anyone and everyone in the area.

Nick Kominsky is a very professional and knowledgeable broker. He is also trustworthy. He was willing to handle whatever I needed him to do with regards to obtaining my continuing C of O, listing my property for rent, showing it, screening prospective tenants, doing some needed work such as blinds replacement, and handling the paperwork for prospective renters. As a result, I only had to make one 110 mile roundtrip to the town and condo, which was to apply for the C of O and inspect some work that the building's handyman had done in the unit and push him to finish whatever else that he needed to do. Nick handled everything else, including inspecting the unit upon my prior tenant vacating and recovering the tenant's keys, and I was spared at least two additional trips. This was a big time saver for me and much appreciated.

Even if I lived in the immediate vicinity of the condominium, I would prefer to hire Nick rather than attempt to rent the condo on my own on crags list, for example. I just have a much higher comfort level relying on Nick's expertise and having his support--not to mention all the time that is saved by utilizing his services. Of course, living 55 miles away I definitely did need an agent, but my point is that Nick's commission is well worth it even had I lived close by and could theoretically rent without using an agent.

Sincerely, Robert Rubinstein
