Buyer reviewRachelle was super helpful and on top of the little details involving the closing. The water and electricity were not turned on for inspection and she went above and beyond to go by the house to see if they were cut on. And because she went to the house vs relying on the sellers' word, she found a note from the utility company that would have delayed the process and brought it to the sellers' attention. It was an absolute joy working with Rachelle, she kept the process moving and was attentive to the things that needed to get done!
