She was a genuine listener - I felt that all of our requirements and concerns were always acknowledged and addressed. She was available whenever we needed her and always made us feel like a priority. This goes a long way when you are navigating the stresses of buying and selling homes at the same time. Rachelle is also an amazing problem solver. As soon as any unexpected problem or surprise arose, I felt confident that she was already addressing it and keeping us updated. We never once had to remind her about anything, she was extremely organized, punctual, and professional. I appreciated Rachelle's knowledge and how she would take the time to explain any document or question about a house. I would recommend Rachelle to anyone looking to buy or sell and would absolutely want to work with her again in the future!
