Seller reviewOutstanding knowledge of the area and many contacts to help. Rusty was aware of people interested in buying into Forest Hills and was able to contact them immediately.. Did not have to put lock box on house and did not have to formally list. Based on his calls, two buyers saw the house immediately and one made a full price offer within a day of seeing the house. Rusty took a huge burden off my shoulders. Went over and above to ensure that I had the proper professionals to help with fixing the things that were identified in the Home Owners Inspection. Rusty made it easy during a difficult time in my life. The closing went smoothly and quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others looking to buy or sell a house
