If you want your house/farm sold contact Rick Potter. We had it listed by another real estate broker for 6 months and Rick Potter had our home under contract within 3 days. He is the most professional, caring, understanding, and hardworking individual that made us feel comfortable every step of the way. His knowledge of real estate made our lives basically stress free. After the "contract" was signed, Rick had the inspector at our home within a few days. He set us up with a friendly, professional electrician, plumber, HVAC, and carpenter. They worked effeciently and quickly to resolve the Inspector's list so that we could move forward. Finally the day came to close and Rick was there to guide us and let us know what to expect. Again, I can only say that Rick is the Best of the Best!!!
