Once we did get an offer accepted, Bob and his team went to work for us and were able to swing a close in just under a month. Miracle workers. Bob is a guy who is willing to go the distance with you. He'll fight through the competitiveness of the market, while maintaining your best interests throughout the journey. We had the house on the market previously for 3 months and the other realtor was unable to sell our home (at a cheaper price I might add!!) in that time. In addition to Bob being amazing at what he does, the people he surrounds himself are incredible as well. The lawyer, inspector, and office staff were all so impressive, professional, and helpful! Cannot say how grateful we are for all that Bob has done for our family!
