Robin has been a Realtor since 1988, joining a strong line of dynamic family members in the Real Estate industry. She was born, raised, and has lived within a 5-mile radius giving her a passionate and thorough knowledge of this area which she feels is a huge benefit in assisting her relocation clients moving into this area. However, she has been known to travel throughout Southern California to assist her clients in the buying and selling process. She really enjoys her job and loves the fact that it is never boring! Just like no two people are the same, no two real estate sales are identical either so she loves the variety and challenge too!
She is well connected in the local communities and has always been a very active volunteer from the time her children were going through local schools along with public service on various committees and as a City Commissioner. In the city where she lives, she has been honored as the Community Hero and another year as the Honored Citizen for her contributions to her city of residence.
Service to her clients has always been her #1 priority. Her motto is Going further to meet your Real Estate needs and that motto becomes quite evident to her clients. Robin has had the privilege of working with a lot of relocation clients in her career and has come to realize how important her clients rely on her honesty, integrity, and knowledge to help navigate the many working parts of a relocation.
Her first military relocation was 20 years ago for a family relocating from Germany. She had met with them once to get a sense of what their needs were but twenty years ago there was not the technology we have today. Realizing they could not just stop by to see homes at the drop of a hat, she found a home she thought they would love so she mailed them a video she made of the home and they purchased the home from that video. J Fast-forward 20 years later, she sold their home because they were downsizing. Her clients have always been loyal because she created a strong relationship at the beginning and remained connected over the years. It is all about service and relationships which is why she loves her chosen profession and has been the recipient of the Century 21 Quality Service Award year after year.

After I moved to Hawaii, she helped me numerous times to find new tenants when one set left, get the house ready for the transition, and found new, wonderful tenants. There is no one else in Claremont (or California for that matter) that I would have gone to for help with this sale. She completely understood my sentimental attachment and was so kind.

Robin is very professional and knowledgeable. We will continue to utilize her services whenever we purchase or sell real estate. This sale involved a historic property located in the heart of Pasadena. Robin services included referrals to vendors experienced with 1950's construction, all of which facilitated the sale of property. Experience selling real estate is vital in this buyers' market in order to obtain the best price and closing escrow without delays. Selling "historic" real estate is challenging. Robin met that challenge, obtaining a selling price above asking and closing escrow without delays. Robin is one of those amazingly rare people that possesses all these skills. She brings professionalism and knowledge to table in all sale transactions.

Seller reviewRobin is a professional. In our case, we sold a vacation home located in Palm Springs which is approximately 75 miles from her office. Notwithstanding, she made multiple trips to the desert to become familiar with the property and the area. The multiple listing information was comprehensive. Marketing photos were taken and included in the listing and significant time was spent drafting a perfect description of our home. In addition, to utilizing the multiple listing, a personal post appeared on Facebook. Ultimately, our property sold within a week to buyers who saw the Facebook post. Escrow closed in less than 30 days. The entire process was painless. Robin possesses a wealth of knowledge concerning real estate transactions. She treated us as if we were her only client and we felt as if we were her #1 priority.
