When we first started looking at homes we were unsure of the process as first time home buyers. He was the realtor for a house we were interested in looking at, and after contacting Ron Sermak we were told it was already sold. Ron asked where we were looking and said if we were looking in the cinnamon lake area and did not already have a realtor he would be happy to help us out. After speaking with another realtor someone had recommended to us, we decided we felt more comfortable and confident with Ron and his knowledge and experience of the area. Within minutes of meeting Ron we knew he was the perfect fit for us and to help us find the home we were looking for. He was easily available and always willing to show up houses and give us information on upcoming houses he felt would be of interest to us. Once we found the house we purchased he made the process as smooth and easy as I could imagine it should go. He answered any and all questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond for us during the entire process.
