During the process she was very detail oriented on everything and walked me through every step of the process. Her advice with the offer price secured the property in a hot sellers market, without offering too high. The appraisal actually came in at $10K over our accepted offer! Was incredibly pleased with the transaction and whole process given my extremely busy and hectic schedule.
