Senior Executive with over 45 years experience with all aspects of the "Business" including Operations, sales and Marketing; fully understanding client needs and providing solutions.

I am an accomplished Senior Leader, with outstanding interpersonal skills, adept at establishing and maintaining customer relationships, building strong successful and cohesive teams and motivating individuals and groups to meet and exceed goals.

My experiences include both the Public and private Sector Industries, held Public Office and worked in many capacities.

I began my career in large corporate industry with the Port Authority of NY and NJ where I was able to attend Manhattan college as part of my tenure there in Soils Engineering Technology. I also held senior positions of management and operations with IBM, Remington rand and General Motors.

Together with partnerships I have built firms from start up to successful companies able to meet profits worthy of acquisitions by corporate buyers.

AS CEO of RJA Business Consulting LLC,I have spent the last 25 years in many executive roles at 'C' level or Vice president positions in varies industries( e.g. Medical, Real Estate, Information Technology and Construction Management) achieving Business Development and customer growth.

As a Community leader I held public office and/or internal positions for over 22 years in Old Bridge NJ, serving as Mayor and Councilman. Additionally, I have served on many Boards as Director or Trustee (Raritan Bay medical center, YMCA of Greater Monmouth and Old Bridge, Chamber of Commerce and education Foundation).

As Vice president of Denholz Properties I was successful in bring in Resources (Banking, Construction services and Public Sector leadership) to Denholz. Leveraging these relationships into many profitable projects and working with internal divisions of the company assisted with Environmental, Construction and Approvals.

I am an experienced professional, knowledgeable in business with a keen ability to achieve organizational excellence.
