He was knowledgable, explained the process very clearly and knew how to answer our questions. He addressed concerns very quickly and had a repertoire of service persons we could contact to help us with fixing the issues with the house that we purchased. Ryan has a great personality and an easy going style that I appreciated. Ryan was also really transparent with the process and I always felt like I knew exactly where we were at in the process and what was going with each stage of finding the home. I would definitely recommend Ryan to other people who might be looking for a home in the area!! Ryan was wonderful!! He was always reachable and dependable. Ryan also had a lot of information about the entire process of purchasing our home, which was very helpful!! With our sell, he staged our home beautifully and we had 30 showings in 1 weekend and our home was under contract within 7 days of deciding to put it on the market. As a family of small children it was amazing to have such quick action so we could live in our home without the worry of keeping it up for multiple showings. Ryan had our back during the entire process and kept us informed everystep of the way. He helped us navigate a crazy market and we got top dollar for our sell to be able to purchase the home we were wanting. I loved the professional staging, professional photography and all the staff that we worked with throughout the process. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful, but Ryan guided us through the process with ease.
