If she didn't have the answer right then and there, she knew where to find it. She's far the subject matter expert in her field. Definitely a great asset to the Centry 21 team!

She was always responsive and made herself available. Her calm demeanor helped reassure us during the entire process. Sandy is knowledgeable, know the area and educated us on many things that helped us make better decisions. I would highly recommend her and would work with her again.

Seller reviewSandy was patient and hung in there during this difficult listing in a difficult time. This was a rural vacation property listing during difficult economic times. In the end, all parties left the table with smiles on their faces. I would be more than happy to list or purchase another property with Sandy. She's honest and knows her business. A true asset to anyone listing or buying real estate in California.

Buyer reviewSandy is excellent. My mom had used her before to buy a house remotely, so my wife and I had interacted with her a lot already. Having worked with several other realtors in the past, I can say that what sets Sandy apart is how much she cares about her clients, even outside the context of a real estate transaction. After my mom bought a rental house in Ventura, I was impressed by how much Sandy helped with getting the rental set up, finding contractors, and providing suggestions for assisted living (which my mom was looking at later). Most other realtors I have worked with kind of disappear after escrow has closed.

I did some research and asked several brokers to answer a certain list of questions that my son and I suggested. After receiving several responses to the questions, My son and I discussed who we though would be best. And we agreed that Sandy Ramirez would be a good choice. She's done much more than I expected and I'm very happy with the results. Sandy was excellent in everything. She was better than any realtor that I have known. Sandy was an excellent listener, knowledgeable, very hard working, was helpful and thoughtful, made suggestions, and was very pleasing. We worked together for about 4 months without actually meeting each other. I look forward to a time when Sandy and I can meet in person.
