For over 30 years, I have served the real estate needs of both buyers and sellers throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. I got my start as a sales agent in 1992 and became an Associate Broker in 1994. In 2006, after much research, I decided to join forces with the team at Century 21 AA Realty. I am very proud to be associated with the largest Real Estate organization in the world and one of the most successful and respected Century 21 offices on Long Island. Throughout my career, I have personally listed and sold hundreds of properties. I am proud to be the recipient of numerous awards including Century 21 Masters Awards, and Quality Service awards. I am a homeowner and lifelong resident of Long Island. Sandy was great to work with. I had already moved out of NYC and was looking for someone to help sell my COOP. Sandy made the process as painless as it could be although we had a few hiccups during the long process which wasn't her fault. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us and took the time to answer any questions we had. If you need a hardworking and pleasant person to help you sell your home, Sandy is a great resource. I would work with her again if I had another opportunity!

Sandy was very pleasant to work with. She introduced herself in a pleasant manor, made an excellent presentation about Century 21 and her achievements and professionalism. All my wife's and my concerns were answered in a assuring manor. Sandy was not only our agent, but made us feel comfortable that she would be part of our team, to work with us through the sales process until the closing of our home.

Sandy made me feel she was truly concerned about the sale of my house. Whenever there was an issue at hand, she was confident and reassuring. She made me feel her support and that I was not alone with decisions about the house. I could bounce questions off her and she would help me decide. She was never overbearing. She maintained a consistent attitude about assisting me and my sister until the sale of the house was completed. I believe she would be an asset to any other people looking for sincere help to sell their home. I would recommend Sandy to my family, friends and acquaintances.
