Seller reviewStaci understood our goals and the hurdles we had ahead of us listing the week of Thanksgiving Holiday. She was able to find us a stager, point out things that needed to be done ahead of the open house and even found us the electrician and gardener that we needed pre-listing. Staci communicated very well throughout the process and always made sure we were informed with what was going on. We didnt get listing price but I feel we got what the market was dictating given that our property did not have a garage or driveway. She worked diligently every weekend doing open houses and following up with prospective buyers and their agents. During this process Staci was also helping us find a new home and she was always able to keep us grounded whenever we got either flustered or way too excited. Staci is professional, very knowledgeable, a good negotiator. I would recommend Staci Kimmel to anyone.

Seller reviewStaci was so supportive and informative during the whole process. Everything went so smoothly and I really appreciated her enthusiasm. With her input and guidance the open house was successful and my house sold in four days. I would highly recommend Staci to anyone looking to sell their home. She was amazing. Selling a home can be so stressful but Staci made it so easy. My house closed escrow easily and she is still checking in with me to see how my escrow is going on my house in Oregon. One of my favorite things about Staci was that she made me feel like I was her only client. She always had time for me and spent a lot of time explaining things regarding escrow, inspections, and all the other questions one has as they're signing all the documents required. On a personal note Staci is a kind, warm person. Too bad there aren't more people like her.
