I list and sell "LIFESTYLE CHANGES". It's about matching homes to personalities. My secret to success is a generous spirit coupled with an ability to be completely honest, straightforward, enthusiastic and focused. I enjoy listening to clients' needs while respecting their time, money and property as if it were my own.
I believe that staying well prepared to properly assist my customers includes participating in continuing education opportunities. I am a New Home Sales Specialist, and am also a Certified Buyer Representative. I am a Buffini trainer and a certified RPR trainer.
Meanwhile, I continue to maintain a close relationship with my church and am part of a 5-octave handbell choir and adult singing choir. I also volunteer with the Lowell chapter of Habitat for Humanity, St. Paul's food ministry and Project Kompass.
My family includes two children and their spouses and five grandchildren.

Seller reviewSusan had a professional photographer come in and made the pictures of the house look absolutely beautiful. This helped with getting somebody to buy the house sight unseen. She also made sure that the pictures of the house in the listing were pretty much on every social media platform. There was on the day that it went live.
