Not once did I feel Terry was dropping the ball during the entire process and I had full trust he had my best interest in mind. Not once was I ever unable to reach Terry even after hours and on the weekends. He was particularly accommodating to my busy schedule. I would choose Terry again if I ever decided to make another purchase.

At one point I questioned the attorney and Terry said he was doing his job and protecting me. I thought he was over-ambitious and Terry reassured me he was right in his judgment. Terry was very patient with me as I was both anxious and apprehensive about where I was looking for a condo. I would scope out an area and then ask to see it. There were times I was looking and found a property that I wanted to see and he made himself available to take me to look. He should remain the same respectful, caring person he is and continue to help people find they're new forever home. Terry was referred to me by a friend. Terry is very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting areas and properties to view. He listened to my checklist of needs/wants that had to be filled and things to avoid. After we finally got the bid for this home Terry was genuinely happy and excited for me to finally find a new adventure in my life.
